Cole Arledge

Managing Director | Co-Founder

Cole is a 5th-generation Texan with over a decade of private equity experience. He has invested in a range of asset classes and has built and led the investment strategy of NxStep Capital Holdings, a Texas-based single-family office. Previously, he worked at Bain & Co., Golden Gate Capital, and AV Capital, focusing on leveraged buyouts. Cole holds a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard College, where he also played baseball. In addition to his professional work, Cole serves on the board of The Champ Foundation, a non-profit focused on Pearson’s Syndrome, and has served as Austin’s City Champion for Lemonade Day, a non-profit teaching financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills to youth.

Cole lives in Austin with his wife, Sarah, and their three children.
